There are bozos in every aspect of life, and the Republican Party is no exception. However, the GOP is, in aggregate form, way way way better than the Dems! Also, we (the GOP) have a noble history. The Dems’ history is as the party of slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, the KKK, and opposition to every piece of civil rights legislation the GOP attempted to pass. Then, just as they were getting that out of their system, they became the nothing more than the American arm of the international marxist-leninist left. There is no contest and no comparison between the two. Sinistrum delenda est.

MSM Journalistic creed:

We are salespeople.

We use sensationalism and controversy to get the public to watch what we are selling.

In the event there is no sensationalism or controversy, make some up.

In 2004, Newsweek's Evan Thomas described media bias as being worth 15 points to the Democrats.

Does that mean Effin' Kerry's complete defeat is much worse than initially imagined?

“The trouble is, liberals in the news game and in academia will likely always be the majority.”

That’s why we have to start thinking outside the corral if we’re going to beat ‘em.

80% of journalists subscribe to one set of opinions because 80% of the people hiring those journalists subscribe to the same set of opinions.

Prior to 1960 the media was predominately conservative, probably for the same reason. I’m not saying either was wrong but the outcome was. America can only survive with a balanced information dissemination system.

Before 1960, the American elite was, if not conservative, then not liberal. General Eisenhower was representative of that generation of leaders. They have been called the Protestant Establishment. But by 1965, that generation had died off, their places to be taken by the “Great Generation,.” whose legacy has been more mixed, and by Baby boomers who are mainly liberal—liberal in the European sense.
