The entire concept of “fetal viability” is a fallacy. It is a straw-man used to justify a barbaric act. There is no need for the “fetal viability” test, if a child is left to develop normally within the womb.

Know different then a person on life support.

If it was known within a 90+% certainty, that a person on life support would be completely viable after a short nine months, would pro-choicers agree with pulling the plug?

BTAIM, vilability means that the child may be capable of living outside the womb, of being born and surviving. If we could get law that would protect and child once he/she were capable of living outside the womb, than the later-term abortion could be halted. The advantage is that some day an artificial womb is going to be invented and the time of viability progressively lowered.
