Isn't someone else suing CAIR as well?

That is one way to stop them, drain their resources via legal entanglements....

Maybe we ought to try that to the ACLU...

I for one am glad to see Savage or ANYONE going after these asshates (Yes, that is a deliberate misspelling of asshats).

Savage has suggested that they will try to expose the financial backers for CAIR.

Based on show comments yesterday, when CAIR attacked a website (anti-cair.com or something like theat), they backed off as soon as the defendent (whitehead?) tried to get CAIR to list the financial backers.

The suit names "Doe 1-100 as co-defendants." These are CAIR's financial backers. This is the angle that makes the suit very interesting.

Savage sounded like a conspiracy theorist on his show yesterday, but there are facts about CAIR (like who the founders are) that should / could be very interesting to expose to sunlight.

CAIR could lose their political influence.

The only downside is that the regular media may not bother to even report on this, even if some really nasty details come to light.

“CAIR has plenty of money to set this right “

They have about 2000 members in the US and get most of their funding from Saudi.

Interesting comment he made last night... When they sued a web-site owner, the owner counter-sued... As soon as they asked where CAIR gets their funding, CAIR immediately withdrew their lawsuit...

As much as I can't stand Savage, usually, I hope he takes them out of business financially. Godspeed to him on his quest.

I wish it could be so, but the Dems passed a law that requires the US Government reimburse them their legal cost on about 90% of their lawsuits. They can afford to outspend anybody (or any local government for that matter).

All of these suits will die in the discovery phase. Too bad, cause Weiner Nation should find whatever way to shut CAIR down.

The one thing I like about Mike is that he isn’t conventional. He is not just trying to be popular like some of the big talkers. I think he is off base sometimes but he speaks his mind and from his heart and I think that is admirable. I’m glad he is out there speaking as he does and giving power to the feelings of those of us who find ourselves unable to believe the twisted logic and circuitous paths of what is considered modern dialog and conventional wisdom.

He also doesn’t dance around and play bend over when gay activists and leftists scream foul and in today’s twisted world one has to be brave to stand up to the gay/transexual/bisexual mafia which does not tolerate being questioned or denied very well. Don’t give them their way and they become a beast to be reckoned with. If only they’d keep their sexual behavior in the bedroom and out of the streets they’d have nothing to fear from the Michael Savages of the world but that is too much to ask from people who can not distinguish criticism of terrorists and perverts from the general condemnation of a people.

Organizations like CAIR are no different than those that take hostages, take heads, and threaten for demands. The only difference is they take the Muslim world hostage by attempting to group all Muslims when a small fringe of radicals take insult or criticism. Michael Savage is no different than the teacher who is spending jail time for a Teddy bear incident. If I were Britain I’d take her out of the jail by force just to have a chance to shoot some of the idiots suggesting she be executed for insulting Mohammad by allowing children to name a teddy bear. (Why doesn’t someone suggest they set themselves on fire in protest for all such human refuse is worth?) I suppose they don’t execute Muslim parents who name their mentally disabled kids Mohammad.

I do agree, I hope Savage turns CAIR into a rallying point. I’m tried of the word parsing and the playing I gotcha when hosts say unconventional things. I think even Muslims should support him but Muslims seem to have a very bad habit of taking the criticisms of the radicals among them personally.
I may be naive but I dream of a world where my children can be judged by the content and context of their ideas rather than the mock insult taken by gutless word parsers.

I’m not a fan, but somebody needs to put this terrorist-supporting group in their place.

If he asks them to produce all emails on a given topic, it could easily cost them in the millions of dollars just to do that. We currently receive 253 Gb of email per week and our staff is only 150. If CAIR has a few years worth of tape backups that would have to be searched, they would really be hurting.

Don’t worry George Soros has billions and he no doubt will bail them out of any costs. Hopefully right into the Savage Nation coffers where he can continue to help causes like our imprisoned Marines, which now because of this has to be put on hold.

Well, your reply was much more succinct, so more likely to get read, with the point more likely to sink in, lol.
