Is this a copy of the actual Complaint? I hope not, as the caption shows the defendant as the “Counsel...” and not “Council...” Also, how about adding a claim for tortious interference with an economic advantage?

I don't think it's a copy of an actual complaint.

For one thing -- Michael Savage isn't his real name. Wouldn't he have to use his legal name in order to file suit in a U.S. court?
