So the girlfriend has the same last name as the two time killer does. Two time killer is cheating on wife and has a son by girlfriend. Girlfriend is supposedly intelligent enough to become a doctor but is buying two time killer and his wife a house and various cars. Doctor Girlfriend suspects something is up but offers a potentially poisoned smoothie to her son and continues to accept food prepared by killer.
