Yep. Instead of funding african dictators and pretending that AIDS is everyone’s problem and everyone has an equal chance of getting it, why not fund programs that teach abstinence and shine light on the fact that (homo)sexual promiscuity is the root of the problem?
The money we send just makes it worse, because it’s hijacked by the fascist thugs who run the place and used to enrich themselves, arm their private thugs, and incite ethnic hatred. The best thing we could do for Africa is get our money the hell out and send more missionaries.
