Exactly why I have never been able to stand either one of them, starting for me, with that 60 Minutes interview where Slick Willy (who has yet to decide on a hair color) and his phony little Cookie-Baking Missus first ran a '2-for-1' campaign for President, sweetly holding hands and lying straight into the camera. Their phoniness is palpable.
