So is Obama more difficult to beat that Her Majesty?
It seems ironic that she angered her leftist base by lying to them about this of all things. I personally have little doubt that she would push for total amnesty.
Interesting question.

In my estimation, yes. Obama is MUCH more difficult to beat than Clinton.
He comes across as a far more likeable individual. His ability to play the “I”m not partisan” card will work, even in his blatant partisanship. He’s very good at praising “free stuff” giveaways as he’s doing with the subprime housing situation right now. And on top of that, he’s youthful, energetic, and has a magnetic smile.
The GOP will absolutely need to nominate someone with a strong resume that puts his inexperience in full view. And they will need someone who negates some of his personality. Barak Obama would destroy Bob Dole in modern American politics, for instance.
I’m still pulling for Hillary here. She’s the more beatable candidate. Just a very polarizing figure.
Yeah... if we nominate Huckabee.
She must be pretty sure of her candidacy if she goes this far out of her way to appeal to the center, independent voters.

Yeah. Most dems probably realize that, also.

He had on a reporter from the Telegraph who made some pretty rough statements about Hillary’s likability.
He things her likability rating is around 30%.
Don’t get me wrong, I was real impressed by Huckabee-—until I had a heart-to-heart with friends from Arkansas SPECIFICALLY regarding illegal aliens. Now, I’m not usually a “one issue ninny”, but I don’t want to support someone who is willing to GIVE my country away without a fight.
“I have been favouring a plan to citizenship for years,” Mrs Clinton said. “I voted for it in the Senate, I have spoke out about it around Iowa and the country and in my campaign. And as President, comprehensive immigration reform will be a high priority for me.”
But illegal immigrants would not be granted amnesty and would have to “earn” citizenship, she said, sparking sporadic booing from some Left-wing activists in the audience.”
Even the Dem supporters agree and see through the ‘earned’ B.S. OBL/CFR rhetoric!!
Some candidates speak out of both sides of their mouths like this. We MUST take the time to determine which of our Republican candidates are doing it too. Not all are as blatantly obvious as Guiliani and Huckabee. Fred Thompson came out with a so-called plan for illegal immigration that flies in the face of recent previous statements where he has said only opposes “blanket” amnesty for all and that we need to determine who is here first and then we must work out a deal where illegals can have aspirations of citizenship. Different wording, same proposal “path to citizenship”.
NO AMNESTY OF ANY KIND, including any ‘earned’ or ‘touch-back’ schemes, FOR ANY ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!

^^LOL! This guy, straight off the boat, is named “Billy Lawless.”
There are something like 50,000 illegal Irish here. Read that somewhere.

How do we know these were left-wing activists jeering her? Perhaps they were Regan Democrat types jeering her over her desire to grant illegals amnesty. Perhaps the journalist’s opinion of what happened was wrong.
if that’s the case then Biden and Dodd would be polling much higher
Even the fact that ILLEGALS would have to “earn” citizenship brought boos? Why didn’t she just promise that every one who was granted amnesty would be given a mortgage free home, too? She woould get a lot more of the ILLEGAL vote that way.
Why is it that the only detailed coverage of events like this is through the British media?
