Instead of Republicans promising a chicken in every pot, they should be calling for a handgun in every holster. Hmm. I like the sound of it.

“People of the gun” do elect a lot of republicans, and that is a good thing. The crooks who use the guns in violent ways are more likely than not to be the same people pandered to by democrats. Who, after all, salivates at the thought of allowing ex prisoners the right to vote?

” Have you heard any politicians talking lately about handgun violence?”
....no, and you’re not going to either....pols have learned that speaking in favor of gun control is the kiss of death....the last numbers I saw showed hand gun sales on the increase....especially among women....I myself got a concealed carry permit last year and am glad I did.

I am certain that the Justices will carefully consider the case on a constructionist basis. I am just as certain that the author of this article does not believe in Santa Claus.

Everybody needs a little "protection" at home, right? There is no study that will prove that claim, writes David Hemenway in his 2004 book, Private Guns, Public Health.
Ask Sean Taylor.

Check out the nice over-under that Fred's shooting there. No Lexus stuff, Just a good ol' Ruger Red Label, although I could be wrong.
Good choice on Fred's part; eschew the exotic for something that's ubiquitous but nice and stylish.
