They prefer Clinton because they perceive Obama as trying to be ‘white’.
Just as they view Oprah, btw.

"Most Black women simply believe Clinton can win," said former Gore campaign manager and Democratic strategist Donna Brazile. And we know how successful Ms. Brazile is........

Did they love him in Arkansas where his violation of the voting rights of Blacks was so bad that Duval Patrick sued him?

"Race weighs heavily on the minds of black women" That's a good practical definition of "racist".

People either have selective memory or they did not hear about Harlem being Clinton’s second choice for his office. Remember the expensive digs he had initial chosen for his office, only when there was an outcry did he decide to go to Harlem.

They’ll vote the way they are told. The leadership is telling them that Hillary is the right answer for them. The leadership made a lot of money under Clinton and they didn’t have to endure any oversight. They want another Clinton in office.

They don’t associate her with that.
Hell, they don’t even consider that with Him now that you mention it.

"Black people have always felt with Bill Clinton that he is sort of one of them, "that he cares about them, that he can relate to them," she said. That's what happens when you "feel" instead of "think." If he were really one of them, he would move his living quarters to Harlem, not just his office.
I can't believe they fell for that office trick, though. He is such a butt-kisser. They don't realize his first choice was a fancy place in Midtown Manhattan, but he wanted to save $$, so he took the PR value and weighed it against the downside and set up shop in Harlem. If the cost had been the same, he NEVER would have moved to Harlem. He's just using you, black folks.

Was Bill Clinton a freshman at Yale in the fall of ‘65?
I remember another freshman there, from Arkansas, that I ran into frequently at social events - we were among the handful of public school grads from Southern states - and he was the jerkwad who always sought out the black girls at the mixers, and joked about it.
I thought it was just because normal white girls wouldn’t have anything to do with him.
I’ve often wondered if that goofball was Bill Clinton...

That time in the White House also put Clinton in the public eye as the long-suffering wife of a man with a roving eye. "It took a lot to hold up under that," Johnson Cook said. "I don't know how many women could have done that, but she did, so I give her three thumbs up." If a Republican first lady's husband had a "roving eye" (which was the least of Bill's marital offenses, of course) feminists would criticize her for being subservient and weak, but somehow Hillary is strong and dignified for putting up with her husband's countless infidelities.

That, after having kept them at the back of the bus for a hundred years, the Democrats have had forty years of practice at deluding blacks, and the pattern has become second nature on both sides?

The premise is flawed: Blacks—men and women alike—will vote overwhelmingly for Obama. Just wait for the South Carolina primary—a few bought Black clergymen and local pols will not be enough to help Hillary with Blacks.

The article misses the obvious. IF Obama becomes President all the lies about their lives being pathetic due to “Racism” are exposed.
Too many Americans look for some scapegoat to blame for their poor life decisions. “Racism” is a crutch grasped by too many minorities to blame their dysfunctional lifestyle choice.
That why blacks, who succeed in life outside sports or entertainment, are routinely accused of “acting white”.
