Hillary's slip is showing after Barack attacks

COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa - Hillary Rodham Clinton slammed Barack Obama Monday for dodging key abortion, gun and Iran votes -- as a USA Today/Gallup poll showed her national support slipping significantly.

On a three-city swing through northern and western Iowa, the former first lady launched a new attack on Obama's legislative record starting with his days as an Illinois state senator in the 1990s.

As she campaigned, USA Today reported that Clinton's support nationally -- which has been impervious to Obama's attacks -- dropped from 48 to 39 percent in the past two weeks. But she still has a strong lead over him.

On Sunday, she ridiculed Obama's political courage and personal character. A day later, she hammered away at his experience using her harshest language to date.

"You decide which makes more sense: entrusting our country to someone who is ready on day one ... or to put America in the hands of someone with little national or international experience who started running for president when he arrived in the United States Senate," she said during an appearance at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, the hall where Buddy Holly played his last gig in 1959.

"How did running for president become a qualification for being president?" she said to applause.

Not everyone approved.

Robert Reich, Bill Clinton's former labor secretary and a classmate of both at Yale Law School, said Clinton's attacks are both inaccurate and counterproductive.

Is the reason Hillary started the election cycle so early due to the fact that she knew she would be needing plenty of “recover time”?

Senator Clinton is running head-on into the powerful Chicago Democratic political machine that is supporting Senator Obama. Ouch!

Hannity seems to be helping her down-fall, with negative reports about her every night. Bad boy. (snicker)

Why oh why doesn't some "reporter" ask her what "international experience" SHE has? The MSM excuse of "losing access to Bill" for GQ stories doesn't absolve them of responsibility. I hate the media.

Right. And just what experience does Ms. Clinton have other than being married to a president? Has she served in the military, has she run a state, a company? She has done nothing but play politics her whole life.

But politic playing does not qualify one for the presidency.

I would like someone who knows how to handle a military, how to go toe to toe with our enemies, how to protect America’s interests, how to make sure America remains the America we have loved our entire lives.

Hillary only wants power and is willing to do anything to get it. Doesn’t mean I give it to her - she has no credentials, she is not trustworthy and I don’t like her as a person.

I can pick far better than a Hillary for president of my country.

The overreaching bitch is already smelling the stench of defeat....and petulantly striking out..

She truly believed she was ENTITLED to the Presidency!
This was to be her “coronation” not an inquisition....

Did she really say that? That thing about running for President since he got in the Senate? Really?

I mean, really?

ROFL

I guess she’d know about that, wouldn’t she?

She's grasping. It will now start to get really loud and screeching.

There's nothing uglier, than a cornered rat.

In a sign of how serious she is about winning the Hawkeye State, Clinton campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle will relocate from the campaign's Virginia headquarters to Iowa until the Jan. 3 caucus.

It looks like the DemonRat Iowa battle is shaping up to be what the German military of WWI would call a materialschlact, a giant battle like El Alamein or Normandy after the D-Day landings, into which each side pours everything it has and in which most of that everything is consumed.
