The brown UPS truck is a brown UPS scooter with a box on the back. I saw hundreds of regular UPS trucks, just like here.
I also saw a lot of courier services and oriental delivery places using the Smart. It's probably not a good idea to pack the won ton soup or that architectural drawing on the back of a scooter.
Pizza Hut used a scooter though.

I would disagree however that the Smart Car is riskier than a motorcycle, even given that I would prefer my bike - personal preference Split the difference. :)
