I wonder if I can get a gov. rebate on my paid for house?
This is disgusting, if Hillary gets her way you won’t be able to get a mortgage in this country for anything less than 20% interest. She wants to freeze foreclosures, basically turning secured loans into unsecured loans. No bank is going to loan its money knowing that the government will change the rules in the middle of the game.
NO rate freeze, NO foreclosure freeze. The solution isn’t socialism.
