Korea: Six-party talks postponed, U.S. nuclear envoy to return

The top U.S. nuclear envoy will return to Washington later this week as the six-nation denuclearization talks have been delayed, the U.S. State Department said Tuesday.

Department spokesman Tom Casey said that while there were discussions about envoy-level six-party talks opening this week, a meeting is not feasible logistically
