Just saw a video posted on YouTube.com of a gang of girls attacking a 25-20 yr. old man on NY subway. Don’t recall if it was posted here at FR.
These events are like the lawless Wild Wild West revisited, and people are going to have to be prepared to protect themselves when attacked.
I heard a recent Paul Harvey report where he said that the number of LEO’s deaths was up 1/3 higher than last year.

I got into this because somebody said something about Rosa Parks and her not being beat up. I gave my personal opinion that if she HAD been beaten up, the attackers in those days probably would never have been charged. I stand by that as my own opinion.
As soon as I posted that, rogue yam started calling me all kinds of names, posts that have been deleted by the moderator now.

Those of us who still live in the Wild Wild West take exception to that statement, madam.
They pull that stuff in my part of Nevada and they're likely to get a lot more than they bargained for. Eastern USA city folk would be shocked to learn what would be a perfectly legal response to that kind of crime out here.

That is exactly the response I was implying is needed in response to “the bad guys”. It’s How The West Was Won. ; )
Sometimes I read the reports of what goes on in the big cities and wonder if there's any peace at all.
Every single one of those kids should be put to death. They are rotten to the core and will be nothing but criminals for the rest of their lives.

Then the real issue is the willingness of the defender to use techniques that do serious and permanent damage. Gouge the eye, rip the ear, smash the throat, kick the knee, slam the head into a metal pole...of the first attacker and the second one will not be nearly so eager.
Most likely the BF was surprised and overwhelmed by the savagery of the attack. Quite literally in shock. Its fairly common for those without serious martial arts training or military experience.
It’s a shame isn’t it? Scary too, you never know when a kid will go off anymore. I read where a 4 year old brought a loaded handgun to daycare, and if that wasn’t bad enough sometime later, he did it again!
FOUR years old and if that alone wasn’t bad enough, he was allowed to do it TWICE!
NO WONDER more and more people home school, go to private schools etc!
