And the Feds can come in and lock everybody up on criminal “civil rights” violations. Yes, I absolutely want everybody to do their jobs, but how can a “soldier in the field” do a job like that when he knows that the “generals” in the Oval Office and the Justice Department are perfectly willing to shoot him in the back?
I have no way of knowing what motivates local cops to not want to enforce the laws, but those are some reasons why I would hesitate.
