The Tucson Police Department was contacted and two of their investigators responded to Seminole County to continue their investigation.
On Saturday, November 8, investigators Fabian Pacheco and Joe Sowards from the Tucson, AZ Police Department, along with Special Agent Francisco Hidalgo from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, interviewed Antonio Rosales regarding these crimes. Rosales confessed to these crimes. Rosales is currently being held in the Seminole County Jail with no bond.
