LBJ: Kennedy White House killed U.S. ally (2003, WND)
World Net Daily ^ | September 23, 2003

Tapes support new book showing who really assassinated JFK.

Newly released tapes of President Lyndon Johnson's telephone conversations corroborate the central premise of an explosive new book that promises to completely reshape the debate over who killed President John F. Kennedy.

President Johnson believed what Richard Nixon always suspected...

The surreptitious recordings, released from the Johnson library in Austin, Texas, Feb. 28, offer this bombshell missed by the press, Rosen writes: The Kennedy White House did not merely tolerate or encourage the murder of its ally, South Vietnamese President Ngo Dinh Diem, but organized and executed it.

"Triangle" authors present compelling evidence President Kennedy was killed Nov. 22, 1963, as the result of a massive conspiracy between the CIA-installed government of South Vietnam, the French global heroin syndicate and the New Orleans Mafia.

The book is based on recently declassified federal documents, material supplied by the KGB, information from the Bonano crime family, documents obtained from a French court and the only interview done with a French witness previously only debriefed by the FBI and CIA.

In his Weekly Standard story, Rosen writes Johnson left little doubt of his beliefs about who killed Diem in a Feb. 1, 1966, call to Sen. Eugene McCarthy in which he complained about the Kennedy administration and its left-wing allies in the Senate, who had supported Kennedy's entrance into the war but not Johnson's continuance of it.

The document affirms that an international assassin had been captured by U.S. authorities in Dallas less than 48 hours after Kennedy was shot, and that instead of arresting him, those same U.S. authorities secretly flew the assassin out of the country to freedom.

Why is this being posted in 2007?

Besides who cares who killed him.

Too many other things to be concerned about ... .

"I also thought it was LBJ’s boys who killed Kennedy. "

You have company.

Only one problem with all the theories. Ruth Payne, a Quaker, and good friend of Marina Oswald, got Lee Harvey his job at the Depository. She heard about it from a friend who worked there.

So you would have to believe that she and the School Book Depository staff were also was involved in the conspiracy.

Lee Harvey Oswald was simply a kook who dreamed of being famous.

I suspect you’re right. He most likely gets orders with the full knowledge that a bullet might run as high as a dollar, so he does as he’s told. Pitiful old toad.

That’s the only “conspiracy” link that actually makes sense: Ruby’s murder/disposal of Oswald is what allowed ALL the conspiracy theories to begin.

Alternatively, it allowed every (real, potential, fake, and postulated) past connection between Oswald and (anybody) to be covered 6 feet under.

There may be new details here, but the Pentagon Papers revealed that JFK ordered the CIA to assassinate Diem. It was the single mistake that did more than anything else to lose the war.

It’s not a conspiracy theory, it’s a long admitted fact.

Not many people actually read the Pentagon papers back when the NYT published them, but I did, and I thought that was the most interesting thing in the whole publication. The press, naturally avoided talking about JFK, but pretended that the Pentagon Papers somehow proved that Richard Nixon was a scoundrel. Exactly why, they never made clear.

The test I refer to wasn’t a whitewash. If you think history channel is a govt propaganda organ don’t watch it. Hang out with the moonbats on the UFO channel.

Diem was overthrown on Nov. 1, and killed on the second. Oswald shot up Edwin Walker’s house in April. Oswald was in Mexico City until the third of October, and got hired at the book depository on October 16th, two weeks before Diem was killed, and while he was still in power. Not only a pretty darn efficient conspiracy, but a retroactive one.

There's also UFOs.

Ain't never been to the moon either. Filmed on a back lot in Hollywood. Bet on it.

Oh, almost forgot. I'm on a first name basis with Sasquatch too. I've also been up close and personal with the Abominable Snowman. Obomie, I call him.

... figured out a way for the exit wound to be on the same side of JFK’s head that he shot from.

As was well illustrated by the Zepruder film. Add to that the disappearance of the brain and let those who believe the Warren Commission Report chew on that awhile.

I have always felt that there was only one person who could have shot John Kennedy and gotten away with it. As much as it pains me to say it... I am now positive that Liberty Valance shot the president.

Liberty is mean as a snake. He chose as his screen name a man who tried to kill Jimmy Stewart, one of the greatest Americans that ever lived, and would have also shot John Wayne if he could have. Liberty is a terrific shot and whacking Kennedy and Connolly would have been child’s play for him. Which, of course, only makes sense since he was nine years old at the time.

His sister has told me that he was absent from his 4th grade class that day. Whenever I ask him where he was when Kennedy died he just shrugs his shoulders and says he “can’t remember.”

We all know how mean and nasty those South Park kids are, and they’re only in 4th grade too. Using a 4th grader as an assassin is so clever that no one would suspect it. I have carefully applied Occam’s Electric Razor, and I just think there’s too much here for it to all be coincidence.

Didn’t the History Channel have a program that suggested that some Corsicans from Marseille might have been the Kennedy assassins?
