Upstate's becoming a ghost town. People and jobs are fleeing. NYS may even lose a couple of House seats next time around if the pols can't import enough illegals.

Upstate's becoming a ghost town. People and jobs are fleeing.

They're coming here to Delaware, the new Florida. The weather's not as cold, seniors get tax breaks, there's no sales tax. The cost of living is lower. New Yorkers can buy a beautiful new mansion in Delaware for what they sold their old homes for--and still have money in the bank to live on.
