Very true. Growing up in the church doesn't always translate to growing up WITH the church, and being pressured to go by your Parents does not guarantee you'll become a genuine Christian, either.

That caused me, along with the legalism, to stay away from the Christian church and its hypocrisy for more than fifteen years. It seemed to me their "rules" meant more to them than the teachings of Jesus Christ.
I wasn't truly converted until I was close to 30. With Jesus in your heart, things will look a lot different. ;)
