Or at least inviewing anyone who has bad things to tell on them. Like the time he dropped the tray in the lunch room, couldn't get a date to prom, picked his nose. Every bad photo from the yearbook showing the acne in full bloom should be the only ones we see. Girls that turned him down could tell how they rejected him. Make it a public display of what a jerk the guy was.

There’s a novel called “Bug Jack Baron” by Norman Spinrad that tackles international terrorism by ridiculing them when they are alive, and dissing them when they’re dead. An interesting concept similar to the one you wrote. A good story, too, with lots of action.
Murderers like the Va Tech guy, the Omaha Mall guy, the church guy and the Mall guy here in Houston should be referred to as total losers. I agree that these losers should be castigated at every chance. Every opportunity to call them failures and losers should be taken. The commentators should say "why would anybody want to go down in history as such a pathetic loser who killed innocents because nobody liked his creepy, sorry ass?"
