Nowhere in that interview did I see Fred mention his work as Chairman of the International Security Advisory Board for the State Department. Nowhere did I see him talk about terrorism. I just saw the same old lines, which really aren’t that good. I didn’t see him take a hard stance on anything. He made no news at all in this interview. His tax plan is uninspired, to say the least. It’s neither fair nor flat, and it keeps the progressive tax structure in place, it just reduces the number of tiers and makes the jump from one to the next far more drastic. No wonder Fred’s campaign is keeping him away from the media. Maybe he ought to just drop out and endorse John McCain.
Boy, Counterpunch, you’re just rolling out all the BS anti-Fred cliches aren’t you?
