So what is UN's excuse for all this? For women and children? Perhaps. But why do they pay camp commandant of concentration camp while trying to help inmates?
I know their answer for this, too. Trickle-down effect. After he had all booze, women, and lots of bombs he can possibly have, he might, just might, spare what is left of it, a really tiny portion of what he originally got.
