No matter what the facts are, it is always
Whitey's Fault.
Once you understand that, we can have racial harmony.

The majority of these “racist” incidents turn out to be hoaxes perpetrated by blacks themselves. There should be a stiff penalty for reporting a false “hate crime”.

NAACP has outlived that usefulness and has in some instances become an impediment to black progress. The NAACP long ago became a wholly owned subsidiary of the DNC.
The needs of Blacks is secondary at best.

While not quite "on topic" I did just go to the Walter Williams website and found this quote;
Wherever is found what is called a paternal government, there is found state education. It has been discovered that the best way to insure implicit obedience is to commence tyranny in the nursery. Benjamin Disraeli, Speech in the House of Commons [June 15, 1874]

In response to Maynard's confession, NAACP President Cheatham still blamed white racism, saying, "It really saddens us to hear that evidently things have reached a stage that even an African-American does an injustice to himself and his own people as a result of a negative culture in that department." LOL! So I bet any day now we'll hear William Jefferson of bribery fame declare that whitey made him take the money and forced him to put it in his freezer.

There was a case here in Minneapolis where a black family had a cross burned in their yard. The news station frothed about it for about a full week, until it was discovered a family member (An Uncle) had burned the cross.
After that not a single word was said about it. Not even a follow up on the story.
Sickening IMO.

A thousand millenia from now there will still be Marvin "Doc" Cheathams.
The best description of that kind of racism that I've heard is that it is, "quite justified, whatever its excess, since it's merely the expression of a righteous revenge and it's up to the whites to be patient and understanding."
I would merely change "the whites" to "us all."
