I took a date to see the “What’s Love Got To Do With It” bio-pic and she was so disgusted with Ike’s abuse she raged against the male sex for the rest of the night, with me on the receiving end. Thanks for ruining my night Ike. In a just world, he would be reincarnated as a punching bag in a female boxing gym.

The book is MUCH better. I read it in high school. Since Ike, she has dated younger (white) men. I think she’s been with her current boyfriend for almost 15 years. Yep, he’s younger.
