I don’t think NIE was using Chomsky’s writing. If anything, I think Chomsky had some NK insider telling him the ‘official story’, the same one that was told to NIE ‘informants’. It’s just strange that NIE was the only one who said so when even most EU countries’ intelligence say otherwise.

Yea, i find it curious also that Chomsky an overated intellectual that plays fast and loose with facts seems to have received the same information.
