Police said alleged drug dealer Jack Ferguson was dreaming of a white Christmas. But the white was not snow, it was cocaine due to arrive at Ferguson's West Philadelphia home in a Christmas card.
"There was about 40 grams in each card. There were four cards, about $17,000 worth of cocaine," Philadelphia Police Captain Chris Werner said.
But police said when Ferguson was about to enjoy his card and the cocaine delivery, he suddenly realized that the card and the drugs were not being brought by Santa. Instead they were delivered by Captain Werner's field narcotic unit.

Why wasn't THIS a "Holiday Card"?
The same STATE the cannot establish the Christian religion is prohibited from mocking and deriding it.
Finally got the article to load, it was misdelivered mail.
So the city did not originate the card.
His lawyer may still argue that it was illegal to open his mail.
