All this deacon is saying is that many Catholics are liberal and so is Huckabee. I do think Huckabee could take some of the Catholic liberal vote from the Democrats but he won’t get the vote of this conservative Catholic.
Huckabee, unlike Romney, has shown that he will allow his religious beliefs to influence his governance, he has admittedly done this with illegal immigrants and with his pardons of dangerous criminals.
Personally I support Thompson and the thought of the liberal pastor Huckabee leading this Country makes me more than a little nervous.

DING - we have a winner!

Liberals are coming out of the woodwork praising Huckabee. Why? Because he’s one of them - Zero small-govt-conservative credentials at all.

This prolife Catholics says NO WAY to Huckabee. Of the 8 candidates running, he is the absolute WORST pick. Even worse than Ron Paul and Rudy G.

I'm Baptist and I agree with you.

What is it about these Baptist ex-govenors from Arkansas? And the other from Georgia was a real whacko!

I didn't vote for either of the other two and I'll not be voting for Huck.
