True - I have doubts that he wasn't a "stealth" protester, but that still doesn't make it OK to tell him that his praying makes him eligible for arrest. It would seem that if he had been walking on the same sidewalk and either being silent or expressing some sort of disgust with the protesters, they might have left him alone.
Pure case of Satan pulling the strings of those who are supposed to serve us and making them fascists instead.
