I think that is the way to go. Sorry state of affairs when the country has slipped so low that the states even have to consider the issue of what marriage is. But I am still concerned this will not pass. Florida changed its Amendment process....requiring 60% yes vote to pass a new Const. Amendment (it used to be a simple majority)

Florida more and more is becoming very liberal....even many GOPers are RINOs (Mel Martinez, et al)

I bet many of those who support the Gay Marraige ban will kick themselves for also supporting the change in Const Amendments requiring 60% vote
