There was a time when Reagan was definitely not pro-life. I have the CD collection of his radio broadcasts, and one of them addresses abortion. Becoming pro-life was a process for him, and there was definitely a time in his political career when he could have been described as pro-choice in that he hadn’t taken a pro-life position.

The quote is “adamantly pro-choice.” Reagan was reluctant and unprepared when he signed th 1967 bill. He was NOT adamantly pro-choice.

You know who is adamantly pro-choice? People like Kate Michelman, Chuck Schumer, Hillary Clinton, Teddy Kennedy, etc.; people who say “hell yeah we have to have abortion on demand, banning partial birth abortion is just a slippery slope, etc.”
