- They usually have very authentic looking forged documentation
- And they would have gotten hit with a civil rights lawsuit under EEOC guidelines if they "discriminated" against Hispanics
It's easy to say it's the corporations fault, but with the threat of lawsuits hanginong overt their head if the DON'T hire them they're really in a bind.
