The investor forgot the primary rule of real estate, "location, location, location". The home is in Surry county which is in the middle of nowhere. Vick is from there, and built there, but the place is pretty isolated.
The style is not bad as McMansions go but it is difficult to tell what it is constructed of (wood siding painted white?). What does the inside look like? There is NO landscaping and while it may be in a remote area it is not secluded at the end of a winding scenic drive. 15 acres sounds like a lot of land if you are accustomed to living in the city but it really isn’t much to protect your home from somethings that a neighbor in the country might do on his land, hunt, raise hogs to mention a couple. All of the things that are missing would appeal to a person looking for a mansion in the country.
