Didn't Dick Morris write an article recently to that effect? IIRC, he said it would be to both Hillary's and Rudy's advantage NOT to win the first few primaries, so the spotlight would be off of them for awhile. I don't take much of what DICK says seriously, but I do believe that he has a lot of the same thought processes as the Clintons do and they may be inclined to think the same way. They know she's not going to do well & so they make it sound like she's on the ropes & then when she comes back, she's the comeback kid.Are you talking about this one?
