The Hillary-Huma .gif was fairly straightforward and no quirks showed up

I may try using a ghostwhite BG and composing them on a .jpg and then making the BG TP

I don’t know exactly what you are wanting to do. My dog gif is 17 frames I believe. Forgot how many the meltdown one is.

You would need a big TP roll (whether transparent or not) to wipe up that pile of brown soggy Hillary the dog left on the floor.
