‘Clinton was much better at letting us know his plans and including us in his activities. He was always gracious and respectful’

You know... I can't stand Clinton and I would vote for ANYBODY before I'd vote for Hillary.... but do we have any reason to believe that this statement from him isn't true?

including us in his activities

It might well be true, but taking what he said about Bush and this together makes him sound like a pouting child to me.

Not all true statements need to be said. He could have said he had cordial relations with both former Presidents and been done with it. That would have been the statesmanlike answer. But statesmanship is apparently beyond Huckabee. Instead of wisely keeping his own counsel, he goes out of his way to criticize a sitting President of his own party and suck up to the impeached former President of the opposition party.

Face it, the guy’s got Pastor’s Disease. He’a little too much in love with the sound of his own voice, and it’s getting him in trouble.
