If the beloved gentleman REALLY believed in the 2nd Ammendment, and HAD a LEGAL conceal/carry permit, and was carrying, this might just not of turned out the way it did!!

Indiana is a “shall issue” state.
Basically, if you pass a rather extensive criminal background check, a permit will be issued.
They are now issuing lifetime licenses which do not need to be renewed every four years.
