Dam, they are gonna build a 2,900 mile Highway by 2009. And we are still arguing over border security.
I miss the days of grand ideas.
Good for Chile, Brazil and Bolivia.

How much of a highway will it be?
It sounds like if it's paved it's a highway.
My recommendation: don't skimp on guardrails.
Some of those turns in the Andes are real [insert cuss word here].
