Southern Mexico, Central America, and northern Columbia are being integrated under Plan Puebla Panama.

I recognize your reasonable, logical, and objective posts on this and other threads dealing with this subject. I know you are not a kook. I'm not either.
I point out that foreign trade is increasing thru-out the whole world and the whole world is planning, building, and integrating transportation infrastructure to accommodate that trade increase.
The populists in the US are opposed and the populists in Latin America are opposed. The cultural populists and the economic populists are opposed for different reasons.
