Look maybe you could be a Fred supporter at some point but i doubt it. The guy is who he is. Take it or leave it. One thing that actaully excites people like me is he is not willing to do the things you advocate. He is not fake.

If you don’t support him fine. Just don’t spam these threads with cliches and how if he acted different you’d feel better about him.

“How can the Fred campaign change things to make him more energetic, engaging and attractive to the average American voter who makes decisions based on such superficial criteria?”

here is your answer - they aren’t going to. Make your decision and move on. the line of reasoning is just tiresome after a while.

I’m not spaming. Most of the discourse on this thread has been due to people trying to engage me. I have answered each one with reason and respect.

“To say the guy is who he is. Take it or leave it.” is not the wisest of positions. Doesn’t a single guy shower, dress up, shave, comb his hair, and put on his best behavior for a date with a girl? That’s all I’m asking for. Fred needs to retool how he presents himself to the American voter. If he doesn’t he’ll be gone after South Carolina.

“That line of reasoning” is only tiresome to the person who realizes there will be no change in the Thompson campaign and that the guy who is so right on the issues is going to lose because he won’t “comb his hair and brush his teeth” metaphorically speaking. If you can’t handle the debate perhaps you should find another thread.
