BE INFORMED: Look into having surgery outside the U.S. In some countries, such as Thailand and India, U.S.-trained physicians provide safe services for less.

BUT: Research these options thoroughly by checking credentials and getting referrals.

Brazil seems closer and closer with each passing "improvement" to society.

I kinda like it, actually - I could help my less-fiscally-responsible relatives out a bit financially while making sure the money went for something they actually needed.
