Report it to the United States Postal Inspection Service. All "letters" are of interest to them.
Never forget the Inspection Service might well be working another case involving the same nut case or criminal. Odds are good you won't hear back from them one way or the other ~ like with most such investigations, they don't turn around and spill the beans to the informants.
