Yes, because Tom Tancredo has proven that he is easily bought off on his most important issue, just like every good conservative is really just a huckster waiting for the big payoff — except of course you.

I would say it was a lot more than franklins. But then Tancredo slipped a whole bunch when he signed on to that bogus amnesty plan from the democrat liberal in North Carolina.

Tanc was out of money but not broke from what we can see. He just quit rather than go into debt.

It's more likely that he sees Romney as a figure the GOP can rally around. And Tanc has to be impressed with the sheer money and organization machine Romney has assembled in IA/NH. And with that big checkbook that can carry Romney through the entire primary season.

Tanc is declaring victory in forcing immigration to the center of the debate in both parties. And, more than any other person in America, Tanc made it happen.

It's a memorable victory for what always was more an issues candidacy than one which had hopes of winning the White House.

Nice work, Tom. You've done well for us in your final campaign.
