I do not know what results were, but that sounds about right. If he can turn that state around like folks down there say he will, he deserves more than a magazine cover:)
Gonna be a difficult job with a Dem controlled legislature.

On a state wide basis Dan Patrick the radio station owner and talk show host from Houston who got elected to State Senator with like 73% MOV would deserve an honorable mention.

The press didn’t report it because no one in the rest of the country cares about Louisiana’s bizarre Napoleanic politics. If the same thing had happened in Georgia or Florida, it would have been big news.
