I think endorsements from other political figures who are respected do mean something. Steve King is respected in Iowa on this issue. He has earned credibility with the voters.

Garbage!
One endorsement may not mean anything, but when you have a preponderance of endorsements coupled around one issue like Right-To-Life, and fiscal issues they start to add up and can greatly influence significant numbers of voters with regards to their voting decisions.
