My wife has a one 9mm weapon I really don’t like. There’s no sort of safety on it, and you can chamber a round and the pin from the hammer sits on the round. It could go off with a sharp blow to the hammer (as in, if you dropped it).That doesn't sound right, can you name the make and model? No hammer-block safety?
Not offhand..Standard Arms. That;s all I remember offhand. I did look at it the other day, there isn’t even an actual hammer on it.
