Once they start using the ubiquitous "mental health" criterion, at what point will they decide to redifine the term? Who gets to decide who/what's "mental?"

If someone is prescribed xanax as temporary relief of some problem, would that ever be used against that person?

Of course, all this legislation presupposes that simply because someone was adjudicated mentally unstable, that such an one would be unable to purchase a firearm. As anybody who knows anything about guns knows, that's not the case.

Good question. I personally QUESTION the MENTAL health of ANYONE that goes to a university and majors in “social sciences” - and specifically WANTS to be a “Social worker”.

Those people are insane.
