six officers from the Independence Tactical Swat Team and two patrol officers accompanied two Health Department employees in response to a a report that a person may have been smoking in the establishment.
Scary times we live in, aren't they? They will soon be doing the same when someone utters a racial slur, buys food with trans-fats, or says "Merry Christmas".
