Don't fool yourself, twinkie, there are millions of people who can replace you. The only thing protecting you even now are the few remaining trade controls.
You ain't got nuthin' they can't buy somewhere else for cheaper.

It's worth pointing out that Green says India will be a Global hub (as in one of several or many), while the article says that India will be IBM's Global hub, which appears to indicate exclusivity.
