Britt Hume is not on today's FNS, so rather than watch the B Team on the panel discussion, I can save my soft things to throw at the TV for when I sit at home and watch the Bears play the Packers.

On the other hand, my boss will feel obligated to use his season tickets and be at Soldier Field. The weather is definitely making the TV a more desirable alternative for watching the game.

Be interesting to see how Timmy treats Paul.

On every issue but the war Paul should be the anti Christ as far as Timmy's personal political views are concerned. However, since the wack job Left thinks Paul can be used as a Trojan Horse to fracture the Libertarin-Conservative political coalition and gin up opposition to the war, they don't quite know how to respond to Paul.

So what has the DNC directed Timmy to do, destroy Paul or prop him up?

Absolutely, we already know that the DBM tires their best to kill any illegal alien argument by declaring anyone who even discusses the topic a racist.

That's a given, but it ain't working anymore in Peoria or Atlanta. Destroy enough neighborhoods, police forces, hospitals,welfare systems and some people get fed up and chose activism over moving.

Our Federal spending is already waaaay out of control and to exacerbate the problem only angers more and more who comprehend that some day all this foolish borrowing will come to bite our kids in the butt.

Yeah we all do, but overall he is a poor representation of a conservative Republican candidate.He loses his glow before Fred, Duncan,or Mitt.

His “get out now” approach... quite simply... it’s wrong.

I think we all realize that we can’t stay there at these levels forever, just because of financial restraints. However, the surge is working, and very well too. Yes, there will always be attacks, but the key is to stabilize the situation, which is being done now. To just cut and run now makes no sense. We’re close, no doubt about it, but not quite there yet.

I must say though, the surge was the smartest change in course I’ve seen yet since this operation began.
